PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard
- PayPal
- Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer)
- Cheque
- Pay with My PayPal Account
- Pay with a Debit or Credit Card (without a PayPal Account)
- Charge will appear on credit card or PayPal account as "Pecan Lady";
- Orders paid with this method are shipped immediately upon processing.
- Orders paid with this method will be shipped once the funds are confirmed to have arrived in our account. This will usually add 2 days from when you make your payment to your order processing time.
- Orders paid with this method will be shipped once your cheque has cleared in our bank account. This may add up to several weeks from when you mail your cheque to your order processing time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship via Australia Post. You can choose either Standard or Express shipping.
While most orders ship the same-day or next-day, all orders for in-stock items will ship within 3 business days. Each item's stock availability is listed on the product page. The stock availability is real-time information.
Your shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and where in Australia the item(s) are being shipped. Your Australia Post delivery time estimate is based on your postal code, and is set according to Australia Post's best estimate of how long it takes them to deliver to your postal code from ours.
The Shipping Estimator
After adding an item or items to your shoppig cart, you can see both how much your shipping costs will be and how long Australia Post believes it will take them to deliver your item(s) once they are shipped. You can either a) select your country and state from the drop-down menu, or b) just enter your postal code. Then, select the "GET QUOTE" button.

In the unlikely event that you recieve a damaged item from us, please Contact Us to receive a replacement item. You do need a Return Authorization from us - prior to returning the item - to receive credit.

Visa/Mastercard
We use PayPal to process your credit card. Here's why: It is the safest way for you to shop online. PayPal is the largest, most respected online payment processor on the internet with well over 200 million users.
The biggest benefit of PayPal is that you enter your credit card information directly on their secure server (SSL-protected); they process your payment and then send us notification that the payment processed successfully. We never see your credit card details and we don't store them on our server.
We also have a secure server (SSL-protected), so when you enter your name and address on our server, your shipping information is kept safe as well.
NOTE: You don't need a free PayPal account to use your Visa or Mastercard. You can enter just your credit card details (without creating a PayPal account) if you follow the directions below.
CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
1) On the checkout page, select the PAYPAL option.
A message will appear: "You will be redirected to the PayPal website."
2) Select the CONTINUE button.
You will be redirected to the The Pecan Lady payment page on the Paypal Website.
3) Choose a Payment Method
To Pay with a Credit Card (Without a PayPal Account):
1) Ignore the PayPal Login.
2) Select the Link "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card" (Bottom right-hand side of page.)
3) Enter your credit card details.
4) Select the REVIEW and CONTINUE button.
You will be taken to the PayPal order review page.
5) Select the CONTINUE button.
You will be taken back to our site to The Pecan Lady order review page.
6) Select the PLACE ORDER button.
Your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged.
To Pay With Your PayPal Account:
1) Login to your PayPal Account
2) Select the CONTINUE button.
You will be taken back to our site to The Pecan Lady order review page.
3) Select the PLACE ORDER button.
Your order will be processed and your PayPal account will be charged (using the PayPal method you chose).
CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL PAYMENT INFO:
DIRECT DEPOSIT (BANK TRANSFER)
1) On the checkout page, under payment methods, select "Direct Deposit"
Our bank details that you will need to make your transfer will appear.
2) Select the CONTINUE button.
3) Select the PLACE ORDER button.
4) Login to your online banking and make your payment.
DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYMENT INFO:
CHEQUE
1) On the checkout page, under payment methods, select Cheque
Details on whom to make the cheque out to and the address to mail it will appear.
2) Select the CONTINUE button.
3) Select the PLACE ORDER button.
4) Mail your cheque.
